With the Ink Experts Print on Demand Service, you can offer professional DTF-printed products directly to your customers. Simply upload your artwork, and we’ll take care of the printing, powdering, curing, and dispatch.
When your order arrives, just cut your transfers to size and heat press them onto your garments. You’ll receive a PET film transfer sheet featuring your exact design, printed and finished with our premium Ink Experts materials.

Artwork Requirements
- File format: PNG
- Colour mode: RGB
- High resolution: 300 DPI preferred
- Transparent background
- White areas left as HEX FFFFFF
- No mirror image required (our system mirrors automatically)
- Must be copyright-owned or approved*
- No embedded colour profiles**
Submitting Artwork:
- After placing your order, email your artwork to sales@inkexperts.co.uk
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Ensure artwork meets all requirements above
Pressing Instructions
- Heat press at 160°C for 30 seconds
- Allow to cool for 90 seconds
- Peel the Ink Experts DTF PET film to reveal the transfer
- Place an Ink Experts DTF finishing sheet over the transfer
- Heat press again at 160°C for 10 seconds
Washing Guidelines
- Wash at 30°C (quick wash cycle recommended)
- Turn garment inside out before washing

- * All uploaded artwork must be copyright-owned by you. Any infringement will be removed from production without refund.
- ** Please provide artwork without embedded colour profiles for the best colour accuracy.
