Welcome to TheTshirtprinters.com. This page outlines our terms and conditions, including our sale and return policies, which apply from the moment you place an order until you receive it.

Please read these terms carefully. By approving a mock-up or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.


Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon by TheTshirtprinters.com staff.


Turnaround Time

Once your quote and artwork are approved, our standard turnaround time is approximately 3-7 business days. We also offer rush services for urgent orders, subject to availability.


Order Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following with your order:

  • Finalized artwork
  • Finalized garment selection (style, quantity, size, and colors)
  • Full payment

Customer Responsibility

During the order process, issues may arise regarding artwork or garment availability (e.g., out-of-stock items). If we contact you for resolution and do not receive a timely response, your order may be delayed.


Art Approval & Proofing

All artwork must be approved via email. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, colors, sizes, art placement, and overall accuracy. Any changes requested after approval may cause delays and incur additional costs. Please note that print quality depends on the quality of the artwork provided. TheTshirtprinters.com is not responsible for poor print results due to low-quality artwork.


Out-of-Stock Items

We cannot guarantee the availability of all items. If an item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options for your approval before proceeding.


Printing Limitations

While we strive for the best results, printing over seams, collars, or zippers may result in slight distortions or imperfections. Minor variations in size or color between the mock-up and the final product are considered acceptable and do not qualify as misprints.


Customer-Supplied Garments

We allow a 5-6% misprint rate per order. Misprints within this range are not charged, but we recommend ordering extra items if precise quantities are needed. If misprints exceed 6%, we will refund the cost of the item and printing. To process a refund, please provide the purchase receipt.


Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for damaged products, such as bad prints or damaged shirts. Returns are not accepted for size exchanges. To initiate a return, please notify us via email for authorization. A restocking fee may apply.

If you collect your order in person, returns cannot be accepted.


Delivery Timelines

We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, equipment malfunctions, or natural disasters. Refunds are not offered for delivery delays of up to 7 business days. We will always work to resolve issues fairly and promptly.


Order Quantity & Delivery

There is no minimum order quantity for any printing job. You can order as few as 1 item or as many as you need. Your order will be produced using the best printing method for the chosen garment material.

We offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on your requirements. Instant t-shirt printing services are also available.


Pricing

Pricing depends on factors such as garment material, production costs, and other variables. While we aim to keep prices competitive, any cost increases will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.


Design & Copyright

  • Your t-shirt design size should be 12×16 inches.
  • Ensure your design does not violate copyright laws. If using a design created by someone else, obtain proper permission. Violating copyright may result in legal issues.
  • Avoid designs that are offensive or socially unacceptable.
